We are looking for… Passionate and hard-working people that get things done. In our first interview together, you are likely going to see that we can be a little informal & friendly, while being enthusiastic / good at what we do. We think people work best when they’re happy in their roles, and they have a satisfactory working environment.

We will be entrusting you with students, and several other important tasks. We seek people who are responsible and pro-active. Your responsibility & reliability is very important to us.
To teach well, you do not have to be a top scholarship recipient. But you have to be willing to learn new things, to navigate new problems, and to deal effectively with students, parents, and of course, your peers at The Maths Lab.
(2) Your Work Ethic
We will be closely observing your work ethic. Our work can be fast-paced, especially during exam periods. And we are a highly proficient team.
We are looking for teachers with good work ethic — you must be able to work hard, and work fast at times. We are particularly impressed with teachers who are able to work independently and pro-actively. In return, you will enjoy high remuneration & an uplifting working environment.
